Jeremiah facilitates
Living with chronic pain and illness can be unbearable. Pain can make it difficult for people to function, keep up with things they enjoy, maintain employment, and can impact close relationships. Chronic pain and illness require multiple approaches to coping and is a life-long battle. In this group, we share those tools and skills and support one another with these challenging conditions.
