Local community members gather today in Pueblo to honor those killed in an I-25 crash, organized by local leaders (the event offers a moment to remember and unite).

Children’s Colorado noted a 7% rise in crash-related emergency visits and urged parents to follow new car seat laws that require rear-facing seats until age 2 and 20 lbs.

A free car seat check will run March 12 (3-6 p.m.) at Colorado Springs Fire Station 1.

Fifteen-year-old Kelsey Dardas of Fountain Fort Carson High School will represent the U.S. at the ISSF Junior World Cup in Cairo, competing in smallbore and air rifle events.

She has set 17 national records + ranks sixth nationally in women’s smallbore after only two years in the sport.
