The Humane Society of the Pikes Peak Region is asking local community members to foster kittens at its Pueblo shelter as kitten season is expected earlier than usual.

The organization provides training & supplies to support fosters and free up shelter space for other animals.

A fire destroyed three mobile homes earlier today, leaving residents to rebuild from scratch.

Neighbors are coming together by offering help and supplies (community support) as recovery efforts begin.
