- ➤ The new Boathouse at the Riverwalk will hold its grand opening on Thursday, April 23, at 3 p.m. The two-story facility, built after nearly two years of construction, will house the HARP Authority office and provide boat storage, ticket sales, and concessions at 130 E. - ➤ Former attorney & long-time YMCA board member Lewis Quigg died on March 31 just after turning 80. He was known for providing free legal help and for helping secure the new YMCA building, leaving a lasting legacy of community service. Pueblo Chieftain
