Rocky Mountain Steel Mills inked a seven-year deal with Union Pacific to supply domestic steel rails in Pueblo, ending a legal dispute.

The new long rail mill + powered by an 1,800-acre solar farm will begin operations later this year.

Lake Pueblo is experiencing a 20-foot drop in water levels due to a historic low snowpack, and boaters are advised to check for unmarked hazards as the lake's elevation continues to decline this summer (by exposing new obstacles).

Realtor.com data showed that January's Pueblo County median home price fell from $310,000 to $256,295 (a 17.3% drop), with single-family prices declining 19% from December and overall sales down 14.9% year-over-year.
