ACCIDENTS NEWS
- ➤ Pueblo Police are investigating the death of a 13-year-old girl who fell 25 feet from an attic ladder to a gym floor at the RMSER Empowerment Center on Friday, April 18 during a youth event when she and others were exploring the building unsupervised. KOAA
- ➤ Pueblo Police said a 13-year-old died after falling through the gym ceiling at the RMSER Empowerment Center on April 18— the teen fell about 25 feet while unsupervised during a youth kickback event and died shortly after rescue efforts. KKTV
CRIME NEWS
- ➤ Pueblo police investigated a shooting that injured two teenagers with non-life-threatening injuries just before 8:45 p.m. Monday near Main and 8th downtown while they were driving—officers administered first aid and transported them to a local hospital, and their conditions remain unknown. KOAA

- ➤ The City of Pueblo invites residents to an open house on Tuesday, April 29 at the Pueblo City-County Library at the Rawlings location in Brett Kelly Room B to share ideas on using the EPA Brownfield Multipurpose Grant for cleanup and renovation projects in the Eastside and Bessemer neighborhoods—officials will use feedback to guide future efforts.
