- ➤ The Colorado Department of Labor and Employment hosts a multi-state job fair today from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. in eight in-person locations—including Pueblo Workforce Center—and a virtual session from noon to 4 p.m. to connect over 100 employers with job seekers. KOAA

- ➤ Graduation season in Pueblo County is set with college ceremonies on May 14 at Pueblo Community College and May 16 at CSU Pueblo, and high school ceremonies from May 21 to May 23 at venues including Southwest Motors Events Center & others. Pueblo Chieftain
GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ The Pueblo Zoo may close within two to three years if a proposed one-sixth cent sales tax (at about 17 cents per $100) does not pass to cover rising costs. Zoo officials plan to collect 1,500 signatures over the next month and a half to secure stable funding. KOAA
