CRIME NEWS
- ➤ A family in Pueblo suffered damage to their backyard when a stolen car crashed through a fence on Thursday just before 7 a.m. at the intersection of Pueblo Boulevard and Redwood Lane — police said the vehicle was taken by a group that included minors and fled when officers arrived. KOAA
- ➤ On Wednesday around 2 a.m. on the northbound ramp of 13th Street, two females walking with a bicycle were struck and killed by a vehicle on the railroad tracks, and 41-year-old Carlos Miranda was arrested for vehicular homicide and DUI after admitting he drove the vehicle thinking he hit a dog. - ➤ A Pueblo family said a suspicious landscaper took pictures of their home Sunday night on Memorial Day weekend when a woman claiming to be sent by their landlord arrived unannounced (she wore a reflective vest) and the family filed a police report after neighbors noted similar incidents (alerting others to potential scams). - ➤ Pueblo police are asking for help identifying an unknown suspect — whose image was shared — and urge anyone with information to call Corporal Guerrero at 719-553-3256 or Pueblo Crime Stoppers for anonymous tips. KKTV
