- ➤ Realtor.com data shows that Pueblo County homes sold for a median of $294,000 in May—down 4.8% from April’s $308,750—and that single-family homes declined 5.6% from $312,500, indicating lower buyer prices in the area. Pueblo Chieftain
- ➤ Data from Realtor.com shows that the median home listing price in Pueblo County dropped to $360,176 in July—a 1.3% decrease from June and 4% lower than last July.
