- ➤ Today, the Pueblo County Sheriff's Office asked local residents for help identifying a man seen shoplifting at Ace Hardware in Pueblo West near the intersection of East Industrial Boulevard — North Purcell Boulevard; officials said to call with reference number 23726. KOAA
- ➤ The Pueblo County Sheriff's Office is asking the public for help identifying two suspects linked to a shoplifting incident at Pueblo West Walmart. KKTV
- ➤ Pueblo police continue investigating the 2022 homicide of Whitney Chavez, who was fatally shot on E. Seventh Street on August 30 at 9:33 p.m.—the case remains unsolved nearly three years later. Pueblo Chieftain
- ➤ Pueblo Police are searching for Randy Mosier—a 39-year-old Hispanic man wanted for burglary who is 5-foot-7, weighs 195 pounds, and has black hair and brown eyes—and anyone with information is urged to call Pueblo Crime Stoppers. KKTV

- ➤ Pueblo County Commissioners will choose a new County Coroner next week after Brian Cotter resigned last Thursday, with his resignation set to take effect on September 2 following inspectors finding 24 rotting bodies in Davis Mortuary (which he runs with his brother). Families who used the mortuary (including longtime clients) say his resignation does not address their concerns. KOAA
