- ➤ Gabriel Santiago, a 20-year-old Pueblo man who pleaded guilty to second-degree murder in a plea deal that dropped first-degree charges in January, is asking the court to let him withdraw his plea—his sentencing was vacated and a status conference is set for Oct.10 as his attorney has until then to file a motion.
