Matthew Hartvigsen rushed with his Combat Life Saver kit to treat Pueblo Police Officer Devin Valdez’s neck wound during a triple shooting and police said his quick actions likely saved the officer’s life—officials praised Hartvigsen for his brave intervention in a dangerous incident.
