GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ Pueblo City Council approved a new collective bargaining agreement with the Pueblo Association of Government Employees on Sept. 22—this contract gives general service workers a 3.25% monthly pay raise and increases shift differentials, training duty pay, and tool reimbursements starting Jan. 1, 2026. SPORTS NEWS
- ➤ Pueblo Central and Centennial will face off tomorrow at 7 p.m. at Dutch Clark Stadium—both teams with a 1 to 3 record will battle to decide if the bell is painted Wildcat red or Bulldog blue. KKTV
- ➤ Pueblo East and Coronado won their high school football games on Thursday night—each team showed strong effort on the field. Highlights from these wins and a match between Widefield and Discovery Canyon will air Friday night on local broadcasts. KKTV
- ➤ Pueblo West and Pueblo Central finished their soccer match 1—1 after senior Daniel Innocenti set up sophomore Ethan Wagner for an early goal before Pueblo Central tied the game. Noah Martinez made key saves that helped the Wildcats maintain their draw. FOX21
