Pueblo’s Relief Shelter is now open every night from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. due to a new city ordinance designed to help unhoused residents stay warm during winter — the shelter, which can host up to 90 people, will soon adjust its hours based on weather while offering on-site support for those seeking stability.
