Black Hills Energy submitted a proposal for an economic development tariff in late November that offers a 30% discount for large businesses.

If approved by the Public Utilities Commission as early as April, the plan will bring over 750 jobs & $89 million in revenue to Pueblo over ten years.

Pueblo City Council voted 6-1 to designate the city park Bath House as a historical landmark. (Friends of City Park) attempted a second effort to save the nearly century-old building after Mayor Heather Graham vetoed a similar plan, and the group will now apply for grant money to fund repairs.
