The Lovell Park pool in Pueblo West is closed, and plans are underway to build a new indoor community pool on Assembly Drive north of U.S. Highway 50.
Construction will begin in late 2026 or early 2027, with completion expected around Oct. or Nov. (pending variables).
Pueblo's Arkansas River Trail is getting 112 new solar lights installed from West 11th Street Pedestrian Bridge to Runyon Lake; work began on March 25 and will finish by June 23, with detour signs guiding pedestrians during construction.
