Pueblo Police arrested 26-year-old Ramiro Hijar after he allegedly threw a chair through a bar window and broke another store window on July 5 at 3:30 a.m. near (Union and Grand Avenues) before running through the El Pueblo History Museum parking lot and being booked on two counts of criminal mischief.

On July 1, CPW and Springs Utilities moved over 1,700 trout from Mason Reservoir—located in the South Slope Recreation Area—to protect the fish before draining the lake for repairs on a leaking pipe.
The trout were carefully collected with backpack electrofishers and relocated to local reservoirs like Rosemont, McReynolds and Nichols.
