License plate recognition cameras in El Paso County captured a stolen 2005 Dodge Dakota near Fountain at 11 p.m. on Sunday, July 13 and deputies, in coordination with Fountain Police, arrested four occupants on charges of vehicle theft and drug offenses—narcotics and drug paraphernalia were seized from the truck.
